My name is Mark Meissner. I am a
certified personal trainer who in May of 2004, after training for a national
health club, started my own independent fitness training business "Meissner
Fitness LLC" in Chaska, MN and began training out of my own "In Home" fitness

Nutrition" using DietMaster Pro weight management program with Web Log
I am now
introducing clients to Diet Master
Pro meal planning and tracking program, with the web log extension.
Clients wanting to participate will have a profile set up for them in the
program with current age, weight, goal weight, height, body composition,
etc.. The program will then establish a registered dietician approved
7 day meal plan based on a recommended daily caloric intake for them.
The program will also set a date when clients can expect to reach their goal
weight if they adhere to the meal plan. As clients continue to train
they will have an online account assigned to them with password login to
access their meal plan templates and make adjustments to it using a 13,000
item food database. They will also be able to print grocery lists and
track their progress.
I started Meissner Fitness LLC to:
- Educate and motivate
people of all ages and fitness levels in preventive health through
exercise (resistance training, cardio training, and stretching), and
(A person does not need to be in shape to begin the workout program. If
they are cleared to exercise the program will help them get into shape.)
Provide fun and
affordable options for training in the privacy of an independent

person's goals where family and friends can split the cost of a

circulation to all tissues and joints. I encourage them to get going on
a scheduled stretching routine and introduce them to Active Isolated
Stretching "The Mattes Method".

- Teach clients how to
take what they've learned in training and perform it on their own.
I get clients beginning
and progressing with an excellent, time efficient, body sculpting routine
that with consistency can produce significant gains in overall health,
strength, endurance, muscle development and redevelopment, shaping, toning,
cardio conditioning, and weight management.
I train clients
individually, 2 at a time, 3 at a time, or 4 at a time. I provide the
various options for clients wanting to train by themselves, with family
members, or friends. The multi-person training has worked great for
many husbands, wives, family members, and friends that I have trained
together. There has still been plenty of 1 on 1 attention and it has
been a fun opportunity for them to get on the same page fitness wise and be
a workout partner providing motivation for each other. Once a group
has had an initial introduction and has gotten a feel for the workouts, they
